The Military Base is the third stage from The Revenge of Shinobi.

Joe Musashi attacks one the main military bases of Neo Zeed, in time to catch a ride on the group's carrier ship. The first area is straightforward but is heavily guarded by armed soldiers. This area has two lanes, behind and over the fences, which the player must constantly double jump to switch between in order to avoid the enemy attacks. The second area takes place inside the carrier, and while the area is somewhat linear the player must constantly watch for the locker doors which open up and will cause Joe to fall from the ship, losing a life instantly. At the end is the Biocomputer which controls the ship.
