Making his way through Detroit, Joe Musashi pursues the Neo Zeed forces on the road transporting a missile. The first area of the level is a vertical climb on the outside of a skyscrapper guarded by laser turrets and enemy soldiers. The second area is on a highway; the player must constantly double jump to alternate between the side rails and the road, being careful with the speeding vehicles. After crossing the highway Joe catches up with the Missile Carrier.
